The mission of the Kentucky Laborers-Employers Cooperation and Education Trust is to enhance the relationship between Union Contractor Employers and Skilled Construction Union Laborers. A primary goal of LECET is to promote the advantages of Union Construction to owners, end users and others, so they may realize the many benefits of well-built construction projects that become lifelong assets to any community.
